One thing our family looks forward to every year on the North Shore is eating fresh shrimp at Romy’s. The town of Kahuku has several shrimp trucks, but our trusty guidebook, Oahu Revealed, recommends Romy’s because they raise and prepare their shrimp onsite so it is very fresh.

It’s not particularly cheap or fast…but it’s always very fresh and yummy!
